Modern Slavery Statement

Published in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Published: 21 March 2026

This statement is made on behalf of Elysium Ltd for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. It sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

Our Organisation

Elysium Ltd is a technology services company registered in England and Wales (company number 2632587), with its registered office at Suite 1, 1-3 Warren Court, Park Road, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 2QX. Founded in 1991, we provide IT consultancy, managed services, and software solutions to business clients across the United Kingdom.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are predominantly comprised of:

  • Licensed software and cloud platform providers
  • Hardware and peripheral equipment suppliers
  • Professional services and specialist contractors
  • Office supplies and facilities services

The majority of our suppliers are established UK or multinational technology businesses operating in low-risk sectors. We do not source goods from high-risk manufacturing supply chains or regions commonly associated with elevated modern slavery risk.

Our Policies

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We have the following internal policies that support this commitment:

  • Code of Conduct — sets out the standards of behaviour expected of all employees and contractors.
  • Recruitment Policy — ensures all workers are legally entitled to work in the UK, with identity and right-to-work checks carried out for every hire.
  • Whistleblowing Policy — provides a confidential channel for employees to raise concerns about unethical behaviour, including potential modern slavery, without fear of reprisal.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct — communicates our expectations to suppliers regarding labour standards, human rights, and ethical business practice.

Due Diligence

We take the following steps to identify and address modern slavery risk within our operations and supply chains:

  • All new employees undergo right-to-work verification prior to commencing employment.
  • Contractors and agency workers are engaged only through reputable intermediaries who provide equivalent assurances.
  • We review supplier relationships periodically and give preference to suppliers who can demonstrate commitment to ethical labour practices.
  • We monitor for indicators of forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage, or trafficking within our workforce.

Risk Assessment

As a small UK-based technology business with a primarily skilled, professional workforce, we assess our overall exposure to modern slavery risk as low. However, we recognise that no organisation is entirely without risk and we remain vigilant, particularly in relation to:

  • Third-party labour provision and subcontracting arrangements
  • Hardware procurement where extended global supply chains may apply

Training and Awareness

We ensure that relevant members of our team are aware of modern slavery risks and how to identify potential indicators. Our management team receives guidance on recognising and responding to concerns, and all employees are made aware of our whistleblowing policy and how to raise a concern.

Effectiveness

We have not identified any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains during the period covered by this statement. We will continue to review and improve our processes and will update this statement annually.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Elysium Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
