The people behind the code.

We're a small team of senior engineers who take pride in the work we do and the relationships we build. No layers. No handoffs. Just the team.

Strategy & Projects

The people who translate business goals into clear technical direction — managing delivery, client relationships, and long-term roadmaps.

Rob has spent over 20 years helping organisations make sense of complex digital change. He’s particularly good at bringing clarity when there are lots of competing ideas, helping teams move from “what we think we want” to “what will actually work.” Rob focuses on making sure every project starts on solid ground — aligned, realistic, and built for long-term value.

When he’s not working, Rob enjoys cycling for the sense of freedom (and the community that comes with it), unwinding with board games, and spending a surprising amount of time playing taxi for his kids’ various activities.
