Ted Keep
Senior Developer & Systems Architect
(SFIA Level 5)
Ted is the technical backbone of our projects. He designs systems that are robust, scalable, and built to last. He’s also great at explaining complex technical decisions in a way clients can understand, helping everyone feel confident in the direction.
When he’s not deep in technical design, Ted’s told us his main hobby is eating — with sim racing and a growing interest in woodworking filling the gaps in between meals.
Core Skills:
ARCH
Solution Architecture
Developing and communicating a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes.
DESN
Systems Design
Designing systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures.
SWDN
Software Design
Architecting and designing software to meet specified requirements, ensuring adherence to established standards and principles.
Ben Croad
Developer & Security Architect
(SFIA Level 5)
Ben makes sure everything we build is secure from the ground up. He specialises in protecting sensitive data and designing robust systems that meet high security standards. His work is especially important for projects where trust and compliance really matter.
When he’s not focused on security, Ben enjoys couch co-op gaming with friends, experimenting with making kombucha, and planning his next camping trip (although the level of enjoyment of the latter is still TBC!).
Core Skills:
SCTY
Information Security
Defining and operating a framework of security controls and security management strategies.

Jon Marston
Advanced Systems Developer
(SFIA Level 4)
Jon is a hands-on technical lead who turns complex designs into high-performing, secure software. He takes ownership of tricky builds and ensures everything is tested, stable, and ready for real-world use.
When he’s not deep in code, Jon is usually making music, playing guitar, or unwinding with a video game.

Alex Homer
Senior Developer
(SFIA Level 4)
Alex focuses on building reliable, high-quality features. He takes the lead on key parts of projects and helps maintain strong standards through collaboration and code reviews.
Outside of work, Alex is deep into the world of Warhammer — whether that’s painting miniatures, building armies, or planning his next campaign.

Kerry Hutchings
Senior Developer
(SFIA Level 4)
Kerry builds and tests features as part of the core development team. He’s dependable, detail-focused, and plays an important role in delivering solid, well-tested functionality.
When he’s not coding, Kerry enjoys long walks and hiking - usually sticking to more urban routes, as he’s not entirely convinced about sharing fields with cows.

Alex Pritchard
Developer
(SFIA Level 3)
Alex brings a strong product perspective to development. He’s always thinking about how what he builds will actually be used, making sure features are not just functional, but genuinely useful.
When he’s not thinking about code, he’s strategising on how to win his next sim race, getting through a Netflix binge, or settling down with a good book.

Ross Rogerson
Developer
(SFIA Level 3)
Ross works on developing and refining features, with a focus on quality and performance. He collaborates closely with senior team members to make sure everything meets the required standards.
Ross enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as a range of sports including running, football, padel and golf — although apparently his enthusiasm very much outweighs his ability!

Liza supports the team by working on smaller features and fixing bugs. She’s steadily building her experience while contributing to the day-to-day progress of projects.
When she’s not coding, Liza enjoys HYROX training, where tenacity and performance matter just as much as they do in her day job.
