When he's not working, Rob enjoys cycling for the sense of freedom (and the community that comes with it), unwinding with board games, and spending a surprising amount of time playing taxi for his kids' various activities.

A former chef, Lorenzo still brings that passion into his downtime, usually by cooking up something impressive that makes the rest of us a bit jealous.

When she's not keeping things on track at work, Melissa is usually in the kitchen teaching herself to bake, often spending weekends trying out new recipes.
